This order started out badly. I spelled out the engraving requirement and it would NOT add the comma between the day and year. This is for a wedding present and needed ASAP. I ordered it anyway, thinking they'd add the comma. I was nervous about this, however, and emailed the vendor through Amazon and immediately was told by vendor that once it went to warehouse, there was nothing they could do. I explained how important this was to me and the sales rep went ahead and notified the warehouse to add the comma and emailed me that if it came with no comma, they'd make it right and I could return it. Today I received it, a week early and it was perfect and beautiful! Thank you so much for your outstanding customer service! And for future customers, beware if you get this engraved and it won't let you add the comma between day and year. If that happens, notify vendor prior to ordering; they need to fix this link. Thank you!
